手术室护理在老年髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果

摘要
目的:探讨手术室护理在老年髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果.方法:选择该院 2019年 4月—2022年 4月收治的 86例老年髋关节置换术患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各 43例.对照组采用基础护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用手术室护理.对比2组髋关节功能、并发症发生情况、生活质量、护理满意度.结果:观察组髋关节功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症总发生率为 4.66%,低于对照组的 20.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组生活质量的各个维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:老年髋关节置换术患者采用手术室护理,可改善髋关节功能,降低并发症发生率,提高生活质量及护理满意度,具有应用价值.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of operating room nursing in elderly patients with hip replacement.Methods:86 elderly patients with hip replacement treated in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received basic nursing,and the observation group received operating room nursing based on the control group.The hip function,complications,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The hip function of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.66%,which was lower than 20.93%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Operation room nursing for elderly patients with hip replacement can improve hip function,reduce complication rate,improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and has application value.
