摘要
目的:探讨针对性护理对全身麻醉老年骨科手术患者的影响.方法:选择该院 2019年 2月—2020年 1月收治的74例全身麻醉老年骨科手术患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各37例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用针对性护理.对比 2组并发症发生情况、康复情况、患者术前及苏醒期心率、血压水平、护理满意度.结果:观察组并发症总发生率为 2.70%,低于对照组的 16.20%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组体温恢复正常时间、拔管时间及离室时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).苏醒期,观察组心率、血压水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:全身麻醉老年骨科手术患者采用针对性护理,可有效防止低体温引发的不良影响,提升术后康复效果.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of targeted nursing on elderly patients undergoing orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia.Methods:74 elderly orthopedic surgery patients with general anesthesia admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,37 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received targeted nursing.The incidence of complications,recovery,heart rate,blood pressure and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.70%,lower than that in the control group(16.20%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of body temperature return to normal,extubation time and time away from the chamber in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the recovery period,the heart rate and blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing for elderly patients undergoing orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia can effectively prevent the adverse effects caused by hypothermia and improve the effect of postoperative rehabilitation.
