PDCA循环联合舒适护理对骨创伤科手术治疗患者生活质量及依从性影响
Effect of PDCA Cycle Combined with Comfort Nursing on Quality of Life and Compliance of Patients Undergoing Surgery in the Department of Bone Trauma

摘要
目的:探讨骨创伤科手术患者采用PDCA循环联合舒适护理的效果.方法:选取我院 2021年 2月—2023年 2月收治的 79例骨创伤手术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组组.对照组(n=39)采用常规护理,观察组(n=40)采用PDCA循环联合舒适护理.比较 2组患者的疼痛程度、心理状态、生活质量改善情况及依从性.结果:干预后,观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组SF-36各个维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组总依从率为 95.00%,高于对照组的 9.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:针对骨创伤手术患者,PDCA循环联合舒适护理展开护理服务,能够有效减轻术后患者的疼痛感,改善不良的心理状态,有效提高治疗的依从性,促使患者尽早恢复,提高生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of PDCA circulation combined with comfort nursing for patients undergoing surgery in the department of bone trauma.Methods:79 patients with bone trauma surgery admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control and an observation group according to random number table method.The control group(n=39)received conventional nursing,and the observation group(n=40)received PDCA cycle combined with comfort nursing.The pain degree,mental state,improvement of quality of life and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the pain visual simulation score,self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the SF-36 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in all dimensions,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 9.49%,of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with bone trauma surgery,PDCA circulation combined with comfortable nursing services can effectively reduce the postoperative pain of patients,improve the poor psychological state,effectively improve the treatment compliance,promote the early recovery of patients,improve the quality of life.
