摘要
目的:探讨急诊手术围术期整体护理对创伤性肋骨骨折合并肝脾破裂患者并发症及死亡率的影响.方法:选择2020年 2月—2023 年 1月我院收治的 70例创伤性肋骨骨折合并肝脾破裂患者为研究对象,随机对患者进行编号,奇数设为对照组(n=35),偶数设为观察组(n=35).对照组行围术期常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行围术期整体护理.比较2组的并发症及死亡情况、生活质量、疼痛程度、负性情绪护理满意度.结果:观察组并发症总发生率及死亡率均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,2组SF-36各维度评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组视觉模拟、焦虑、抑郁评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:急诊手术围术期整体护理应用在创伤性肋骨骨折合并肝脾破裂患者中的护理效果显著,可以有效降低患者的并发症发生率及死亡率,提高患者的生活质量,减轻患者的疼痛感和消极情绪,对患者的身体康复有极大的促进意义,可提高患者的护理满意度,具有应用价值.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of perioperative holistic nursing in emergency surgery on the complications and mortality rate of patients with traumatic rib fractures combined with liver and spleen rupture.Methods:Selecting 70 patients with traumatic rib fractures combined with liver and spleen rupture admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to January 2023 as the research subjects,Randomly assign patient numbers,with odd numbers as the control group(n=35)and even numbers as the observation group(n=35).The control group received routine perioperative care,while the observation group received overall perioperative care on the basis of the control group.The complications and mortality,quality of life,pain level,negative emotion and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared.Results:The total incidence of complications and mortality in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,SF-36 scores in all dimensions of 2 groups were higher than before nursing,and observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Visual simulation,anxiety and depression scores of 2 groups were lower than before nursing,and observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of perioperative holistic nursing in patients with traumatic rib fracture combined with rupture of liver and spleen has significant nursing effect,which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and mortality of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the pain and negative emotions of patients,promote the physical rehabilitation of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.It has application value and has application value.
