无缝衔接式一体化急救流程护理对四肢创伤性骨折患者的影响

摘要
目的:探讨无缝衔接式一体化急救流程护理对四肢创伤性骨折患者抢救成功率及并发症的影响.方法:选取2020年6月—2023年5月我院收治的 86例四肢创伤性骨折患者资料进行回顾性分析,将 2020年6月—2021年12月收治的43例患者列为对照组,将 2022年 1月—2023年 5月收治的 43例患者列为观察组.对照组采取常规急救流程护理,观察组采取无缝衔接式一体化急救流程护理.对比2组临床指标、临床转归情况、不良事件发生情况及病情严重程度.结果:观察组入院候诊、呼救到院前急救、入院到接受治疗、ICU住院及总住院时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组抢救成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,观察组急性生理学及慢性健康状况Ⅱ评分、创伤严重程度评分及不良事件和并发症发生率均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:无缝衔接式一体化急救流程护理应用于四肢创伤性骨折患者中效果显著,可以缩短患者的诊断及急救时间,促进患者早日康复,提升抢救成功率,有利于降低不良事件及并发症发生率.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of seamless integrated emergency nursing on rescue success rate and complications of patients with traumatic fracture of extremities.Methods:Data of 86 patients with traumatic fracture of limbs admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.43 patients admitted from June 2020 to December 2021 were classified as control group,and 43 patients admitted from January 2022 to May 2023 were classified as observation group.The control group took routine first aid process nursing,and the observation group took seamless integrated first aid process nursing.Clinical indicators,clinical outcomes,adverse events and severity of disease were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of waiting for admission to hospital,calling for help to pre-hospital first aid,admission to hospital to receive treatment,ICU hospitalization and total hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).The success rate of rescue in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the acute physiology and chronic health status Ⅱ scores,trauma severity scores and the incidence of adverse events and complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of seamless integrated emergency nursing process in patients with traumatic fracture of limbs has significant effects,which can shorten the diagnosis and emergency time of patients,promote the early recovery of patients,improve the success rate of rescue,and help reduce the incidence of adverse events and complications.
