情景式运动疗法联合感觉统合训练对GDD患儿临床结果观察

摘要
目的:探讨针对全面性发育迟缓(GDD)患儿实施情景式运动疗法联合感觉统合训练的效果.方法:选择2019年5月-2021 年6 月邹城市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的 96例GDD患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为 2 组,各 48 例.2 组患者均予以药物对症治疗,对照组采用常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合情景式运动疗法联合感觉统合训练,2 组均持续干预3 个月.对比 2 组干预前后智力发展情况、精细运动评分情况及社会生活能力.结果:干预后,观察组中国韦氏智力量表中的言语智商、操作智商评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组精细运动功能评估量表中的视觉追踪、关节活动能力、抓握能力、操作能力及手眼协调能力评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);社会生活能力中的独立生活、活动、作业操作、交往、集体活动及自我管理维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:情景式运动疗法联合感觉统合训练能够提升GDD患儿的智力水平,促进其运动功能发育,改善社会生活能力.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of combined sensory integration training with contextual movement therapy for chil-dren with global developmental delay(GDD).Methods:A total of 96 children with GDD admitted to Zoucheng Maternal and Child Health Care Family Planning Service Center from May 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into 2 groups according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with symptomatic drug treatment,the control group was treated with routine intervention,and the observation group was combined with episodic exercise therapy and sen-sory integration training on the basis of the control group.The intervention lasted for 3 months in both groups.The intelligence develop-ment,fine motor score and social life ability of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results:After interven-tion,the verbal IQ and operational IQ scores of the Wechsler Intelligence scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of visual tracking,joint mobility,grasping ability,manipulation ability and hand-eye coordination in the fine motor function assessment scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of inde-pendent living,activity,operation,communication,group activity and self-management in social life ability were higher than those in control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of scenario-based movement therapy and sensory integration training can enhance the intelligence level of children with GDD,promote their motor function development and improve their social living ability.
