四维牵引配合理筋正骨手法及调气机治疗颈椎曲度异常患者的临床效果

摘要
目的:探讨四维牵引配合理筋正骨手法及调气机治疗颈椎曲度异常患者的临床效果.方法:选取 2020 年 1 月-2021 年1 月于我院就诊的 64 例颈椎椎曲异常患者为研究对象,随机均分为观察组和对照组,各 32 例.对照组采用理筋正骨手法及调气机治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用四维牵引治疗.比较 2组颈椎曲度值、颈椎评分及治疗有效率.结果:治疗后,观察组弧旋距大于对照组,C2～C7 Coob角小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组颈椎评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:四维牵引配合理筋正骨手法及调气机治疗颈椎曲度异常患者可以提升治疗有效率,改善患者颈椎椎曲异常的情况,利于预后,有一定的应用价值.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of four-dimensional traction combined with reasonable sinew manipulation and qi-regulating machine in the treatment of patients with abnormal cervical curvature.Methods:64 patients with abnormal cervical vertebra curvature treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the manipulation of tendons and bonesitting and regulating qi,and the observation group was treated with four-dimensional traction.The control group was treated with the manipulation of tendons and bonesitting and regulating qi,and the observation group was treated with four-dimensional trac-tion.Results:After treatment,the arc rotation of the observation group was larger than that of the control group,and the C2～C7 Coob Angle was smaller than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the cervical spine score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Four-dimensional traction combined with reasonable tendon bone-setting manipulation and qi-regulating machine in the treatment of patients with abnormal cervical curvature can improve the treatment efficiency,improve the situation of pa-tients with abnormal cervical curvature,which is conducive to prognosis,and has certain application value.
