加速康复外科理念在肋骨骨折围手术期护理中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨加速康复外科理念在肋骨骨折围手术期护理中的应用.方法:选取 2019 年 1 月-2022 年 12 月我院收治的 60 例肋骨骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为 2组,各 30 例.对照组采用常规护理干预治疗,研究组采用加速康复外科理念干预治疗.结果:研究组下地活动时间、平均住院时间均短于对照组,复诊率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组VAS评分低于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:加速康复外科理念在肋骨骨折围手术期护理中的应用效果显著,能够明显降低患者术后并发症的发生率,改善疼痛情况,缓解负面情绪,使患者尽快康复,提高护理满意度,有效改善预后效果,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing of rib fracture.Methods:46 patients with distal radius fracture admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to September 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into 2 groups according to random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.Among them,23 patients without ulnar styloid fracture were set as control group,and 23 patients with ulnar styloid fracture were set as experimental group.The reduction and healing of radius and wrist joint function were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of regular field activities and average hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the rate of rediagnosis was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the scores of SAS and SDS in study group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,nursing satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative nursing of rib fracture has significant effects,which can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve pain,alleviate negative emotions,enable patients to recover as soon as possible,improve nursing satisfaction,and effectively improve the prognosis.It is worth promoting.
