摘要
目的:探讨加速康复模式对桡骨远端骨折术后腕关节功能恢复的影响.方法:选取 2019 年 1 月-2021 年 12 月我院收治的120例桡骨远端骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各60例.2组患者均采用微创的桡骨远端锁定钢板内固定术进行手术治疗,术后给予常规的止痛、消炎、抗感染等药物治疗.对照组按照常规康复治疗方案进行康复.观察组采用加速康复模式,包括早期功能锻炼、早期下地行走、早期负重等.比较腕关节功能评分、疼痛评分、活动度、肿胀度等.结果:观察组在术后 3 个月腕关节功能评分、疼痛评分、肿胀度等方面均显著优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组术后早期下地行走时间和负重时间也明显早于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:加速康复模式可以显著加快桡骨远端骨折术后腕关节功能恢复,减轻患者疼痛和肿胀程度,提高患者生活质量,是一种有效的康复模式.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of accelerated rehabilitation mode on the functional recovery of wrist joint after distal radius fracture.Methods:A total of 120 patients with distal radius fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were treated with minimally invasive distal radial locking plate internal fixation,and received conventional analgesic,anti-inflammatory,anti-infection and other drugs after surgery.The control group was rehabilitated ac-cording to the routine rehabilitation treatment plan.The observation group adopted accelerated rehabilitation mode,including early func-tional exercise,early walking and early weight bearing.The wrist function score,pain score,range of motion and swelling were compared.Results:The wrist function score,pain score and swelling degree in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group 3 months after surgery,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The walking time and weight-bearing time in the observation group were also significantly earlier than those in the control group,and the differences be-tween the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Accelerated rehabilitation mode can significantly accel-erate the recovery of wrist joint function after distal radius fracture,reduce the pain and swelling degree of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
