优质护理在老年股骨颈骨折中的应用价值分析

摘要
目的:分析优质护理在老年股骨颈骨折护理中的应用价值.方法:选取我院 2019 年 8 月-2021 年 10 月收治的 62例老年股骨颈骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各 31 例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理.比较2组患者的相关情况、护理满意度、运动功能及髋关节功能、并发症发生情况.结果:护理后,观察组护理满意度为83.87%,高于对照组的 61.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,观察组Fugel-Meyer评定量表、Harris髋关节评分系统评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率为 6.45%,低于对照组的 25.81%,干预优良率为 96.77%,高于对照组的 80.65%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:优质护理应用于老年股骨颈骨折护理中,能更好地改善患者相关情况,具有临床应用价值.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the value of high quality nursing in elderly femoral neck fracture nursing.Methods:62 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a reference group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high quality nursing.The relevant conditions,nursing satisfaction,motor function,hip function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 83.87%,higher than 61.29%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of the observation group of the Fugel-Meyer Rating scale and the Harris Hip Scoring system were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.45%,which was lower than 25.81%in the reference group,and the rate of excellent intervention was 96.77%,which was higher than 80.65%in the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The operation of high quality nursing in femoral neck fracture nursing in elderly patients can better improve the relevant situation of patients and has clinical application value.
