基于"互联网+护理服务"的综合健康教育在类风湿关节炎患者中的应用效果

摘要
目的:基于"互联网+护理服务"的综合健康教育在类风湿关节炎(RA)患者中的应用效果.方法:选取2018年10月-2021 年 9 月宝鸡市中心医院血液内科风湿病科收治的 368 例RA患者为研究对象,随机将其分为常规组(n=183)与试验组(n=185).常规组给予常规健康教育,试验组给予基于"互联网+护理服务"的综合健康教育.比较 2 组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、基于CRP水平计算的 28 个关节疾病活动性评分表(DAS28-CRP)评分及斯坦福健康评估问卷调查表(HAQ)评分.评估2组患者对疾病相关知识掌握程度及对护理工作满意度的差异.结果:护理后,试验组VAS、DAS28-CRP、HAQ评分均低于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组各项知识的掌握程度均高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组护理工作总满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:基于"互联网+护理服务"的综合健康教育可以提高患者对RA相关知识的认知和自身健康水平,能有效改善患者生活质量,提高护理工作满意度.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive health education based on"Internet+nursing services"in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:368 RA patients admitted to the Department of Rheumatology,Hematology Department,Baoji Central Hospital from October 2018 to September 2021 were randomly divided into a control group(n=183)and an experimental group(n=185).The control group received routine health education,while the experimental group received comprehensive health education based on"Internet+nursing services."Pain Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores,Disease Activity Score 28 based on C-reactive protein(DAS28-CRP)scores,and Stanford Health Assessment Questionnaire(HAQ)scores were compared between the two groups.The differences in patients'mastery of disease-related knowledge and satisfaction with nursing work were assessed.Results:After nursing,the VAS,DAS28-CRP,and HAQ scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The mastery level of various knowledge in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction with nursing work in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive health education based on"Internet+nursing services"can improve patients'understanding of RA-related knowledge and their overall health status,effectively enhance their quality of life,and increase satisfaction with nursing work.
