品管圈护理管理模式在股骨粗隆间骨折中的临床应用效果

摘要
目的:探讨品管圈护理管理模式在股骨粗隆间骨折中的临床应用效果.方法:选取 2018 年 6 月-2020 年 6 月我院骨科收治的 90 例股骨粗隆间骨折患者,采用双盲法分为对照组与观察组,各45 例.对照组给予常规护理管理模式,观察组行品管圈护理管理模式,比较两种护理管理模式的实施效果.结果:观察组护理后的疼痛评分明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的术后功能锻炼总依从率(93.33%)显著高于对照组(82.22%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的床边坐起、下地行走训练时间均短于对照组,Harris评分显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后的GQOL-74 评分中的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:品管圈护理管理模式在股骨粗隆间骨折中的临床应用效果显著.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of quality control circle nursing management model in femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods:A total of 90 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by double-blind method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine nursing management mode,the observation group was given the quality control circle nursing management mode,and the implementation effect of the two nursing management modes was compared.Results:The pain score of the observation group after nursing was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of functional exercise in the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(82.22%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The training time for sitting up and walking on the ground by the bed in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the Harris score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life status in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality control circle nursing management mode in the clinical application of femoral intertrochanteric fracture is significant.
