摘要
临床上对于脊柱结核(STB)通常采取手术治疗以改善患者生存质量,但是术后易并发多种并发症,不仅对手术效果造成不良影响,甚至可危及患者的生命安全.对于术后并发症的干预,常规的干预模式已经无法满足临床及患者的需求.基于此,本文对STB术后并发症的干预对策进行综述,以期为临床制定科学、完善、有效的干预方案提供参考依据.
Abstract
Clinical management of spinal tuberculosis(STB)typically involves surgical intervention to enhance the quality of life for patients.However,various complications can arise postoperatively,adversely affecting surgical outcomes and potentially endangering patient lives.Conventional intervention practices may fall short in meeting the clinical and patient-specific demands associated with postoperative complications.In light of this,the present article provides a comprehensive review of intervention strategies for postoperative complications in STB.The aim is to offer a reference basis for the development of scientifically sound,comprehensive,and effective intervention protocols in clinical settings.
