Effect of Arthroscopic Clearance Combined with Joint Cavity Injection of Compound Betamethasone on Patients with Severe Knee Arthritis and the Influence of Inflammatory Factors
Objective:To analyze the effect of arthroscopic clearance combined with joint cavity injection of Compound Betamethasone on patients with severe knee arthritis and the influence of inflammatory factors. Methods:The clinical data of 70 patients with severe knee arthritis admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into a control group(n=35)and a study group(n=35).The control group received arthroscopic clearance alone, and the study group received arthroscopic clearance combined with joint cavity injection of Compound Betamethasone. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results:After 5 weeks of treatment, the tumor factor-α,C-reactive protein and interleukin-1β in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the above indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 5 weeks of treatment, the pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of two groups was lower than before treatment, the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the Lysholm score of two groups was higher than that before treatment, the Lysholm score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Using arthroscopic clearance combined with joint cavity injection of Compound Betamethasone in treatment on patients with severe knee arthritis can improve the level of inflammation and knee function, reduce the degree of pain, and have a certain safety.
