Effect of Deep Muscle Stimulator Combined with Spastic Muscle Therapy Instrument on the Upper Limb Muscle Tension in Patients with Spastic Hemiplegia
Objective:To observe the effect of deep muscle stimulator(DMS)combined with spastic muscle therapy instrument on the upper limb muscle tension in patients with spastic hemiplegia.Methods:60 patients with spastic hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with spastic muscle therapy apparatus first, the control group was treated with routine rehabilitation after the upper limb muscle tension was relieved, and the observation group was treated with DMS on the basis of the control group. Both groups received continuous treatment for 4 weeks. The motor function and upper limb muscle tone of the two groups were compared.Results:4 weeks after treatment, the graded distribution of muscle tension in the upper limbs of the observation group was better than of the control group, and the Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Rating Scale score in the observation group was(24.06±4.63)points,which was higher than(21.47±5.29)points of the control group, with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:DMS combined with spastic muscle therapy instrument can reduce the upper limb muscle tension in patients with spastic hemiplegia with remarkable effect.
