Effect of Different Positions of PFNA Internal Fixation on Intertrochanteric Fracture of Femur
Objective:To analyze the effect of different positions of proximal femoral nail antiroation(PFNA)internal fixation on the treatment of patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur. Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur admitted to Huai'an Hospital of Huai'an city from January 2021 to May 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different positions during operation, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 50 cases in each group. All patients were treated with PFNA internal fixation. The control group was supine and the observation group was lateral. The operative indexes, hip function, fracture reduction, postoperative complications, bone metabolism indexes and serum inflammatory factor expression levels were compared between the two groups. Results:The body position,operation,non-weight-bearing movement out of bed and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the amount of intraoperative blood loss and the number of intraoperative X-ray fluoroscopy were shorter than those in the control group, the length of surgical incision was shorter than that in the control grup, with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).1 year after surgery, the Harris hip function scores of pain, function, joint motion and deformity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of fracture reduction in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 82.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1 year after surgery, the expression levels of bone metabolism indexes and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups, and there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The lateral position in the PFNA internal fixation can not only promote the postoperative recovery process of patients, actively improve the hip function, but also obtain good fracture reduction effect.
