Technical Analysis of the Treatment of Osteoporotic Pain by Reaemon Bao Combined with Auricular Point Pressure Seed
Objective:To explore the technical value of reaemon bao combined with auricular point pressure seed treatment for os-teoporotic pain.Methods:80 patients with osteoporotic pain admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to random drawing method,they were divided into a study group and a reference group,with 40 cases each.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the research group was treated with reaemon bao combined with auricular point pressure on the basis of the control group.The pain relief,sleep status and quality of life were evaluated in 2 groups.Results:After nursing,the visual analogue score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the scores of physiological field,psychological field,social relation field,environmental field,subjective quality of life and subjective health status in the WHO QOL summary table of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine nursing for patients with osteoporotic pain,the use of Chinese medicine reaemon bao combined with auricular point pressure seed inter-vention can effectively relieve the pain of patients,improve the sleep state of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
