Analysis of Curative Effect of Perioperative Application of Antibiotics on Wound Healing in Patients with Simple Closed Fracture of Upper Limb
Objective:To analyze the curative effect of perioperative application of antibiotics on wound healing in patients with simple closed fracture of upper limb. Methods:A total of 80 patients with simple closed fracture of upper limb diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected, and they were randomly divided into the reference group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The reference group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with antibacterial drugs on the basis of the reference group. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was analyzed. Results:There were no significant differences in the body temperature before surgery and 1,3 and 5 days after surgery and healing time between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the peripheral blood white blood cell count before surgery and 1,3,5 and 7 days after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in C-reactive protein levels before surgery and 1,3,5 and 7 days after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the infection rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with simple closed fractures of the upper limb, antibiotics do not affect wound heal-ing,nor do they reduce the wound healing time and the risk of infection. Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to aseptic operation, strengthen the concept of asepsis and postoperative intervention during treatment,so as to achieve the goal of reducing the incidence of wound infection and shorten the wound healing time, and reduce the irrational use of antibiotics.
