Clinical Results of Semi-Hip and Total Hip Arthroplasty in the Treatment of Traumatic Femoral Neck Fractures
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of semi-hip and total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of traumatic femoral neck fracture. Methods:Clinical data of 60 patients with traumatic femoral neck fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into a semi-hip arthroplasty group and a total hip arthroplasty group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The operative indexes and the effect of joint recovery were compared between the two groups. Results:The operative time and hospital stay of the semi-hip arthroplasty group were(90.06±8.46)min and(14.79±1.46)d,which were shorter than(131.65±7.01)min and(15.22±1.86)d of the total hip arthroplasty group, the intraoperative blood loss was(193.06±20.42)mL,it was less than(276.32±34.20)mL in the total hip arthropasty group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).5 and 10 months after operation, hip flexion motion, abduction motion and external rotation motion in the total hip arthropasty group were greater than those in the semi-hip arthropasty group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Semi-hip arthroplasty and total hip arthroplasty have their own clinical advantages in the treatment of traumatic femoral neck fractures. The semi-hip arthroplasty group has better surgical indicators, and the total hip arthroplasty group has better therapeutic effect. Therefore, the corresponding treatment plan is selected according to the actual situation of the patient when selecting the treatment method.
