Mid-Term Clinical Observation of Selective Nerve Root Closure Through Intervertebral Foraminal for Lumbar Disc Herniation
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of transforaminal selective nerve root closure in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:52 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects, and selective nerve root closure through the intervertebral foraminal was applied to analyze the therapeutic intervention results. Results:After blocking treatment, the pain Visual Analogue Scores of all time periods were lower than those before surgery, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The low back pain scores of Japanese Orthopaedic Association were higher than those before surgery, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the rate of good and good at different time points(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, transforaminal selective nerve root closure is implemented, and the effect is better, which has certain application value.
