Clinical Effect of Surgery and Adjuvant Therapy on Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis
Objective:To investigate the effect of platelet-rich plasma combined with trioxy autohemotherapy assisted arthroscopy on the prognosis and joint function of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:80 patients with knee joint osteoarthritis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the differences in treatment methods, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with trioxia auto-blood therapy assisted arthroscopy, and the observation group was treated with platele t-rich plasma combined with trioxia autoblood therapy assisted arthroscopy.Serum inflammatory factor levels,Lysholm score of knee function scale scores, knee motion, pain Visual Analogue Score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment, the levels of serum inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the scores of lameness, swelling and pain in Lysholm of knee joint were higher than those in the control group, the knee joint motion was higher than that in the control group, and the VAS score was low-er than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than that of control group 85.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with knee osteoarthritis, the use of platelet-rich plasma combined with trioxy autoblood therapy as an adjuvant arthroscopic treatment can significantly reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the joint fluid of patients, alleviate the inflammatory response to a large extent, greatly reduce the pain of patients, improve the function of the knee joint, increase the mobility of the knee joint, and improve the clini-cal treatment effect. It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
