Rehabilitation Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing for Patients with Deep Second-Degree Burns on the Head and Face
Objective:To investigate the rehabilitation effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for patients with deep second-degree burns on the head and face.Methods:Sixty-six patients with head and face burns admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received com-prehensive rehabilitation nursing based on the control group.The psychological state,quality of life,satisfaction and clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale in ob-servation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions of the health survey summary table in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.97%,higher than 78.79%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the score of Vancouver scar scale was lower than that of the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of knowledge mastery,compliance behavior and sleep quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Com-prehensive rehabilitation nursing can improve the overall curative effect and stabilize the condition of patients with head and face burns,which is worthy of praise.
