头面部深Ⅱ度烧伤患者行综合性康复护理的康复效果分析

中文摘要：目的:探讨头面部深Ⅱ度烧伤患者行综合性康复护理的康复效果。方法:选取我院 2017 年 1 月-2020 年 12 月收治的 66 例头面部烧伤患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各 33 例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上采用综合性康复护理。比较 2组患者的心理状态、生活质量、满意度及各项临床指标。结果:护理后，观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0。05);观察组健康调查简表各个维度评分均高于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0。05)。观察组总满意率为 96。97%，高于对照组的 78。79%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0。05)。观察组创面愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组，温哥华瘢痕量表评分低于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0。05)。观察组知识掌握度、遵医行为、睡眠质量评分均高于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0。05)。结论:综合性康复护理能提高头面部烧伤患者整体疗效、稳定病情，值得推崇。

外文摘要：Objective:To investigate the rehabilitation effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for patients with deep second-degree burns on the head and face.Methods:Sixty-six patients with head and face burns admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received com-prehensive rehabilitation nursing based on the control group.The psychological state,quality of life,satisfaction and clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale in ob-servation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the scores of all dimensions of the health survey summary table in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.97%,higher than 78.79%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The wound healing time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the score of Vancouver scar scale was lower than that of the control group with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The scores of knowledge mastery,compliance behavior and sleep quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Com-prehensive rehabilitation nursing can improve the overall curative effect and stabilize the condition of patients with head and face burns,which is worthy of praise.
