Construction and Implementation of a Standardized Walking Rehabilitation Nursing Model for Elderly Patients with Tibial Plateau Fractures after Surgery Based on the Concept of Rapid Recovery Nursing
Objective:To construct a standardized walking rehabilitation nursing model for elderly patients with tibial plateau frac-tures after surgery based on the concept of rapid recovery nursing and to explore the implementation effects of this rehabilitation nursing model. Methods:Convenient sampling was used to select 206 elderly patients with tibial plateau fractures after surgery who underwent rehabilitation nursing at Shandong Shouxian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n=103)and a control group(n=103)using a random number table. The control group re-ceived routine rehabilitation nursing, while the observation group received postoperative standardized walking rehabilitation nursing based on the care provided to the control group. Both groups received nursing for 12 weeks. The knee joint function recovery,complica-tions,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results:After 12 weeks of nursing, the observation group had a higher excellent and good rate of efficacy than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of nursing, the Lysholm scores of both groups were higher than before nursing, and the observation group's Lysholm score was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of nursing, the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pro-viding standardized walking rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients with tibial plateau fractures after surgery can improve treatment outcomes, reduce the risk of complications, enhance knee joint function, and increase patient nursing satisfaction.
