肿胀护理干预对上肢创伤骨折术后肢体肿胀患者的应用效果

摘要
目的:肿胀护理干预对上肢创伤骨折术后肢体肿胀患者的应用效果.方法:选取 2019年 7 月-2020 年 7 月在我院进行治疗的 72例上肢创伤骨折术后肢体肿胀患者为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,各 36 例.对照组应用基础护理,观察组在对照组的基础上应用肿胀护理干预.观察比较 2 组患者的肿胀评分、疼痛评分、肘关节总功与力矩、生活能力评分及护理满意度.结果:护理后,观察组肿胀评分为(1.03±0.35)分,低于对照组的(1.75±0.62)分,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组疼痛评分为(2.36±0.66)分,低于对照组的(4.14±0.89)分,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组护理后的上肢屈肌总功与伸肌总功指标、屈肌峰力矩、伸肌峰力矩均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组护理后生活能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组护理满意度为 94.44%,高于对照组的 77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:给予患者肿胀护理干预可缓解术后肢体肿胀、术后疼痛,改善肢体功能,提高患者护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the application effect of swelling nursing intervention on postoperative limb swelling in patients with upper limb fractures.Methods:72 patients with postoperative limb swelling after upper limb fractures treated in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were randomly selected as the study objects and were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received basic nursing,while the observation group received swelling nursing intervention in addition to the basic nursing.The swelling score,pain score,total muscle power and torque of the elbow joint,activities of daily living score,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the swelling score of the observation group was(1.03±0.35)points,which was better than(1.75±0.62)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The pain score of the observation group was(2.36±0.66)points,which was better than(4.14±0.89)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total flexor and extensor work indexes,flexor peak moment and extensor peak moment after nursing in the observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The score of post-nursing living ability in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.44%,which was higher than 77.78%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Swelling nursing intervention can alleviate postoperative limb swelling and pain,improve limb function,and increase patient satisfaction,and it is worth promoting and applying.
