Observation on the Application of Preventive Nursing Combined with Detailed Nursing in Patients with Thoracolumbar Spinal Canal Occupation
Objective:To explore the application value of preventive nursing combined with detailed nursing in patients with thoracolumbar spinal canal occupation.Methods:81 patients diagnosed with thoracolumbar spinal canal occupation in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2022 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a study group(n=41)and a control group(n=40)according to random number table method. The control group received detailed nursing, and the study group combined preventive nursing based on the control group. The differences in pain intensity,McCormick classification, quality of life scores, and adverse emotions before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results:Before nursing, there were no significant differences between the two groups in pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),McCormick scale, quality of life score and positive and negative scores on the Positive and Negative Emotion Scale(PANAS)(P>0.05).After 3,7 d of nursing,VAS scores of the study group were(2.16±0.32)points and(1.68±0.21)points,respectively,which were lower than(3.11±0.29)points and(2.69±0.20)points of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).1 month after nursing, the proportion of grade I in the McCormick grade in the study group was 87.80%,which was higher than 62.50%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the positive emotion score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the negative emotion score was lower than that of the control group in the PANAS,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preventive nursing combined with detailed nursing has a good intervention value for patients with thoracolumbar spinal canal occupation, helping to improve pain intensity, increase the proportion of patients with McCormick classification I,and improve quality of life.It can also promote positive emotions and reduce negative emotions in patients.
