摘要
目的:研究创伤多学科联合救治团队(TMDT)急救护理流程对严重多发伤患者救治中的临床应用效果.方法:随机选择 2021 年7 月-2021年 12 月TMDT急救护理流程实施前接诊的 56 例患者为对照组,随机选择 2022 年 1 月-2022 年 6 月TMDT急救护理流程实施后接诊的 56例患者为研究组.对照组采用常规急诊护理干预,研究组采用TMDT急救护理流程干预,对比 2 组的应用结果.结果:研究组手术抢救时间、采血至用血时间和住院时间均少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组抢救成功率为 94.62%,高于对照组的 82.14%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组SAS评分、SDS评分和PSQI评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组护理满意度为 92.86%,高于对照组的 73.12%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:采用TMDT急救护理流程治疗严重多发伤患者,能有效缩短患者的等待时间,加快患者的救治进程,提高救治成功率,提高护理满意度,改善患者的睡眠质量,值得在严重多发伤患者救治中推广应用.
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical application effect of trauma multidisciplinary team(TMDT)emergency nursing process in the treatment of patients with severe multiple injuries.Methods:A total of 56 patients who were admitted before the implementation of TMDT emergency care process from July 2021 to December 2021 were randomly selected as the control group,and 56 patients who were admitted after the implementation of TMDT emergency care process from January 2022 to June 2022 were randomly selected as the study group.The control group was given routine emergency nursing intervention,and the study group was given TMDT emergency nursing process intervention.The application results of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation rescue time,the time from blood collection to blood transfusion,and the length of hospital stay in the study group were less than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The rescue success rate of the study group was 94.62%,which was higher than 82.14%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The SAS score,SDS score and PSQI score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 92.86%,which was higher than 73.12%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of TMDT emergency nursing process in the treatment of patients with severe multiple trauma can effectively shorten the waiting time of patients,accelerate the treatment process of patients,im-prove the success rate of treatment,improve the nursing satisfaction,and improve the sleep quality of patients,which is worthy of promo-tion and application in the treatment of patients with severe multiple trauma.
