The Intervention Effect of Staged Emotional Nursing on Elderly Patients with Bone Injury Surgery
Objective:To observe the clinical intervention effect of staged emotional nursing on elderly patients with bone injury surgery.Methods:93 elderly patients with bone injuries admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the central random system grouping method, they were divided into a reference group and an experimen-tal group, with 46 cases in the reference group and 47 cases in the experimental group.During the operation, the reference group was treated with routine perioperative nursing, and the experimental group was treated with routine perioperative nursing combined with staged emotional nursing. The psychological stress score, sleep quality score, postoperative pain score, limb function score and nursing evaluation were compared between the two groups.Results:7 and 14 d after operation, the psychological stress, mood, sleep quality scores of the experimental group were lower than those at 1 d after operation, and the scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Harris Hip Function Scale,Lysholm Knee Function Scale, and FMA-upper limb scores of the trial group at 14 days and 2 months after operation were significantly higher than those at 1 day after operation, and those of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Staged emotional nursing in elderly patients with bone injury surgery can positively regulate perioperative psychological stress, improve postoperative sleep quality, relieve pain, provide a clinical basis for the active implementation of postoperative rehabilita-tion intervention, and reasonably optimize the quality of postoperative rehabilitation.
