Effects of Comprehensive Nursing on Pain and Knee Function in Patients with Total Knee Arthroplasty
Objective:To analyze the effects of comprehensive nursing on pain and knee joint in total knee arthroplasty.Methods:76 patients with total knee arthroplasty treated in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the study objects and ran-domly divided into two groups with 38 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the study group received comprehensive nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the pain degree scores of both groups were lower than before nursing,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the knee function scores of both groups were higher than before nursing,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the score of mental health status and the incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing in total knee arthroplasty can effectively reduce the local pain of patients,promote the recovery of patients'knee function,and improve the prognosis of patients.
