综合性护理对全膝关节置换术患者的疼痛及膝关节功能的影响

摘要
目的:分析在全膝关节置换术中应用综合性护理对其疼痛及膝关节功能的影响.方法:选取本院2019年5月-2021年5 月接诊的 76 例全膝关节置换术患者为研究对象,随机分为 2 组,各 38 例.对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用综合性护理,对比2 组护理效果.结果:护理后,2 组疼痛程度评分均低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).护理后,2 组膝关节功能评分均高于护理前,且研究组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);护理后,研究组生活质量的评分和护理满意度均高于对照组,心理健康状况评分及并发症的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:在全膝关节置换术中应用综合性护理,能够有效减轻患者的局部疼痛感,促进患者膝关节功能的恢复,可提高患者的预后效果.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of comprehensive nursing on pain and knee joint in total knee arthroplasty.Methods:76 patients with total knee arthroplasty treated in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the study objects and ran-domly divided into two groups with 38 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the study group received comprehensive nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the pain degree scores of both groups were lower than before nursing,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the knee function scores of both groups were higher than before nursing,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the score of quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the score of mental health status and the incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing in total knee arthroplasty can effectively reduce the local pain of patients,promote the recovery of patients'knee function,and improve the prognosis of patients.
