5A Effect of Refined Nursing Mode on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Elderly Patients with Hip Fracture
Objective:To explore the effect of 5A refined nursing mode on postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods:124 patients with hip fracture who underwent surgery in the Yichun city hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to August 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 62 cases in each group. The observation group was given 5A refined nursing mode during hospitalization, while the control group was given routine nursing mode. The rehabilitation effect of the two groups was compared. Results:The catheter retention time, active sitting time and hospital stay of patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the first day of admission, the Fugl-Mcyer,ADL and HAMA scores in the ob-servation group showed no statistically significant differences compared with those in the control group(P>0.05).Fugl-Mcyer and ADL scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and HAMA scores were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the observation group after nursing was 93.54%,higher than that of the control group 79.03%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:5A refined nursing mode can improve motor function, life ability and mental state of elderly patients after hip fracture surgery, reduce postoperative complications, promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients, and improve nursing satisfaction.
