Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in VSD Treatment of Patients with Tibia-Fibula Open Fracture Complicated with Soft Tissue Defect
Objective:To investigate the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in continuous negative pressure drainage(VSD)treatment of patients with tibia-fibula open fracture complicated with soft tissue defect.Methods:92 patients with tibia-fibula open fracture combined with soft tissue defect admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to different nursing methods,with 46 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing intervention,and the study group took comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The frequency of dressing change in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the degree of wound reduction and secondary suture repair were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistical sig-nificance between the two groups(P＜0.05).The scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with tibia-fibula open fracture combined with soft tissue defect with VSD can effectively promote wound healing,shorten recovery time,and help improve the quality of life of patients.
