Observation on the Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Recovery of Hip Joint Function in Elderly Patients after Hip Replacement Surgery
Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention in the process of hip function recovery in elderly patients after hip replacement.Methods:Ninety-eight elderly patients undergoing hip replacement treatment in our hospital from 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the exclusive study, and were divided into control group and experimental group by double blind selection method, with 49 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received targeted nursing intervention. The Harris score,Barthel score, acetabular position, pain score and self-abili ty score before and after the two groups were compared. Results:Before nursing, there was no significant difference between the two groups in Harris score,Barthel score, acetabular abduction angle, acetabular anterior inclination angle, pain score and self-abili ty score(P>0.05).1,30 and 60 d after care,Harris score,Barthel score and ESCA score in 2 groups were higher than before nursing, and pain score was lower than before care, and Harris score,Barthel score and ESCA score in the test group were higher than those in the control group in the above three post-care periods.VAS scores were lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 30 and 60 d of nursing, the acetabu-lar abduction angle and acetabular anterior inclination angle of 2 groups were significantly decreased compared with that before nurs-ing,and the experimental group was smaller than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For elderly patients who choose hip replacement treatment, the application of targeted nursing intervention in the process of hip function re-covery after surgical treatment can achieve good nursing effects, which has positive significance in both the recovery of hip function after surgery and the improvement of the quality of life after surgery, which can further promote the recovery of acetabular position and relieve the pain of patients.Improve their self-care ability.
