Influence of Standardized Pain Nursing on Mental Toughness and Rehabilitation Quality of Patients with Traumatic Fracture
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of standardized pain nursing on mental toughness and rehabilitation quality of patients with traumatic fracture.Methods:84 patients with traumatic fractures admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to October 2021 were selected for this study. The selected patients were randomly divided into Group A and Group B according to random number table method, with 42 cases in each group.Group A received routine nursing, while Group B received standardized pain nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results:The degree of pain in group B was less than that in group A,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of environmental field, social interval, psychological interval and physiological interval of rehabilitation quality in group B were higher than those in group A,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The fracture healing time and hospital stay in group B were shorter than those in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The psychological toughness score of group B was(94.60±6.20)points,which was higher than that of group A of(85.20±5.50)points,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of group B was significantly higher than that of group A,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of environmental field, social interval, psychological interval and physiological interval of rehabilitation quality in group B were higher than those in group A,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical function, emotional function, physiological pain, role function, physical health and the total score of the quality of life in group B were higher than those in group A,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the joint function, swelling degree of group B were lower than those of group A,and the motor function score of group B was higher than that of group A,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing standardized pain nursing for patients with traumatic fractures can effectively alleviate their pain, improve their psychological resilience, and promote their recovery, which is worthy of vigorous promotion.
