摘要
目的:分析曲马多缓释片治疗骨折术后疼痛的临床效果.方法:选取 2019年 7月—2020年 3月我院收治的70例骨折术后疼痛患者为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为试验组和对照组,每组 35例.对照组患者运用塞来昔布胶囊治疗,试验组患者给予曲马多缓释片治疗.对 2组患者VAS评分、治疗后不良反应发生率、治疗总有效率进行比较.结果:治疗后,2组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:运用曲马多缓释片治疗骨折术后疼痛患者,效果较为显著,可以显著降低患疼痛感,降低不良反应发生率.
Abstract
Objective:To analysis the clinical effect of tramadol sustained-release tablets in the treatment of postoperative pain in fractures.Methods:70 postoperative pain patients with fractures admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects,divided into an experimental group and a control group according to random number method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group patients were treated with celecoxib capsules,while the experimental group patients were treated with tramadol sustained-release tablets.The VAS scores,incidence of adverse reactions after treatment,and total effective rate of treatment between two groups of patients were compared.Results:After treatment,the VAS scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of tramadol sustained-release tablets in the treatment of postoperative pain in patients with fractures has a significant effect,which can significantly reduce pain,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
