补肾益气强脊汤对经皮椎体成形术术后患者骨折愈合及骨密度的影响

摘要
目的:探讨与分析补肾益气强脊汤对经皮椎体成形术(PVP)术后患者骨折愈合及骨密度的影响.方法:选择2022年 1月—2022年 10月我院诊治的 96例骨质疏松型椎体压缩性骨折患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为中医组与对照组,各 48例.2组患者均采用经皮椎体成形术进行治疗,且均由同一组手术医师共同完成.对照组术后给予常规药物治疗,中医组在对照组基础上增加补肾益气强脊汤治疗,2组均治疗观察 1个月.对比 2组患者的骨折愈合及骨密度变化情况.结果:中医组术后首次下床时间、住院时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组手术时间、术中出血量对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).术后 1个月,2组骨密度T值均高于术前,且中医组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后 1个月,中医组Cobb角小于对照组,Beck指数高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后 6个月,中医组骨折愈合总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:补肾益气强脊汤能够促进PVP术后患者的康复,能改善骨密度、Cobb角及Beck指数.
Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyzing the effect of Bushen Yiqi Qiangji Decoction on fracture healing and bone density in patients after percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP).Methods:96 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated in our hospital from January 2022 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a TCM group and a control group,with 48 cases.Both groups of patients underwent PVP for treatment,and were jointly performed by the same group of surgeons.The control group received routine medication treatment after surgery,while the TCM group received additional treatment with Bushen Yiqi Qiangji Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated and observed for 1 month.The fracture healing and changes in bone density between two groups of patients were compared.Results:The postoperative time of getting out of bed and hospitalization in the TCM group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no differences in surgical time and intraoperative bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05).One month after surgery,the T-values of bone density in both groups were higher than those before surgery,and the TCM group was higher than the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after surgery,the Cobb angle in the TCM group was smaller than that in the control group,and the Beck index was higher than that in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of surgery,the total effective rate of fracture healing in the TCM group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Yiqi Qiangji Decoction can promote the recovery of patients after PVP,improve their bone density,Cobb angle,Beck index.
