基于循证医学的康复护理理念对老年四肢骨折患者影响

摘要
目的:探讨基于循证医学的康复护理理念对老年四肢骨折患者的影响.方法:选取 2017年 1月—2020年12月我院收治的 98例老年四肢骨折患者为研究对象,随机对患者进行编号,奇数设为对照组(n=49),偶数设为观察组(n=49),对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于循证医学的康复护理.比较 2组患者护理前后的汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、护理前后生活质量评定量表(QLQ-C 30)评分、护理前后数字等级评定量表(NRS)评分与疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分和护理满意度.结果:护理前,2组HAMD、HAMA评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组HAMD、HAMA评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理前,2组QLQ-C 30评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组QLQ-C 30评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理前,2组NRS、VAS评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组NRS、VAS评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理总满意度为 95.92%,高于对照组的 77.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:基于循证医学的康复护理理念有利于促进老年四肢骨折患者的病情康复,改善患者的心理状态和预后状况,促进患者运动功能的恢复,提高患者的满意度,具有应用价值.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing concept based on evidence-based medicine on elderly patients with limb fractures.Methods:98 elderly patients with fracture of limbs admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were randomly numbered,with odd numbers as the control group(n=49),and even numbers as the observation group(n=49).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received rehabilitation nursing based on evidence-based medicine.Compared Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores,Quality of Life Rating Scale(QLQ-C30)scores,Digital Rating Scale(NRS)scores,pain Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores and nursing satisfaction were measured before and after care in 2 groups.Results:Before nursing,there were no significant differences in HAMD and HAMA scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,HAMD and HAMA scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in QLQ-C30 score between 2 groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the QLQ-C30 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in NRS and VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the NRS and VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 95.92%,higher than 77.55%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The concept of rehabilitation nursing based on evidence-based medicine is conducive to promoting the rehabilitation of elderly patients with limb fracture,improving their psychological state and prognosis,promoting the recovery of their motor function,and improving their satisfaction,which has application value.
