摘要
目的:探讨骨折患者中实施功能锻炼联合康复护理的效果.方法:选择我院 2020年 1月—2020年 12月收治的200例骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为常规组与试验组,每组100例.常规组采用常规护理,试验组采用功能锻炼联合康复护理.对比 2组患者的治疗效果.结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组下床功能锻炼、骨折愈合、住院时间均短于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组护理总满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:功能锻炼联合康复护理可有效缩短骨折患者康复时间,提升临床疗效,具有应用价值.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of functional exercise combined with rehabilitation nursing in patients with fracture.Methods:200 patients with fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a conventional group and an experimental group according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with routine nursing,and the experimental group was treated with functional exercise combined with rehabilitation nursing.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Functional exercise,fracture healing and hospital stay in experimental group were shorter than those in conventional group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Anxiety and Depression scores of experimental groups were lower than those of conventional group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Functional exercise combined with rehabilitation nursing can effectively shorten the rehabilitation time of fracture patients,Improve clinical efficacy,and has application value.
