摘要
目的:探讨综合护理在骨折患者中应用效果.方法:选择 2017年 6月—2020年 4月我院收治的 80例骨折患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为综合护理组和基础护理组,各 40例.综合护理组采用综合护理,基础护理组采用基础护理.比较 2组疼痛程度、心理状态及护理满意度.结果:护理前,2组疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,综合护理组骨折患者VAS、HAMD、HAMA评分均低于基础护理组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).综合护理组骨折患者护理总满意度95.00%高于基础护理组的 70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在骨折患者护理中应用综合护理,有助于骨折患者疼痛症状及心理状态的改善,显著提升护理满意度,改善预后.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in fracture patients Methods:80 patients with fractures admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to April 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a comprehensive nursing group and a basic nursing group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The comprehensive nursing group adopted comprehensive nursing,and the basic nursing group adopted basic nursing.The pain degree,psychological state and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,There were no significant differences between the two groups in pain Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score(P＞0.05).After nursing,the VAS、HAMD、HAMA scores of fracture patients in the comprehensive nursing group were lower than those in the basic nursing group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of fracture patients in comprehensive nursing group was 95.00%,which was higher than 70.00%in basic nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing in the nursing of fracture patients can help to improve the pain symptoms and psychological state of fracture patients,significantly improve nursing satisfaction and improve prognosis.
