摘要
目的:分析创伤急救护理对严重创伤患者有效抢救时间及抢救成功率的作用.方法:选取 2019年 6月—2021年 6 月我院收治的 86例严重创伤患者为研究对象,以随机抽签法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组 43例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合创伤急救护理.分析 2组不同护理方案对有效抢救时间及抢救成功率的影响,统计患者家属对抢救过程中的护理工作的满意度.结果:观察组有效抢救时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组抢救成功率及患者家属满意度均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组生活质量各个维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:严重创伤患者采用常规护理联合创伤急救护理,能够显著缩短有效抢救时间,为患者赢得更多的治疗机会.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of trauma emergency nursing on the effective rescue time and success rate of severe trauma patients.Methods:86 patients with severe trauma admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into a control group and an observation group by random drawing method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group combined trauma emergency nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The effects of different nursing schemes on the effective rescue time and the success rate of rescue were analyzed,and the satisfaction of patients'family members on the nursing work in the rescue process was counted.Results:The effective rescue time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of rescue and family satisfaction of patients in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the Anxiefy and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of routine nursing and emergency trauma nursing for severe trauma patients can significantly shorten the effective rescue time and win more treatment opportunities for patients.
