摘要
目的:探讨老年股骨粗隆间骨折的围手术期护理.方法:选取我院 2019年—2022年 3月收治的 98例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象,随机划分为参照组与研究组,每组 49例.参照组开展常规围手术期护理,研究组开展针对性的围手术期护理.对 2组患者的临床资料开展回顾性剖析.结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的手术时间、住院时间均短于参照组,术中出血量少于参照组,术后Harris评分高于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术毕,研究组心率快于参照组,收缩压高于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、首次下床时间均短于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:依据老年股骨粗隆间骨折围手术期的临床特征,对其开展针对性的围手术期护理可以获得较为突出的护理效果,患者的手术时间、出血量明显降低,并发症减少,具有安全性和有效性,能够进一步缩短患者的恢复时间,提高其生活质量,相比于常规护理,其护理效果更为明显,值得借鉴.
Abstract
Objective:To explore perioperative nursing for elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur.Methods:98 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur admitted to our hospital from 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the research subjects,divided into the reference group and the research group,with 49 patients in each group.The reference group received routine perioperative nursing,while the research group received targeted perioperative nursing.Retrospective analysis of clinical data from two groups of patients.Results:The total effective rate of the research group is higher than that of the reference group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05);The surgery time and hospitalization time of the research group were shorter than those of the reference group,the intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the reference group,and the Harris score after surgery was higher than that of the reference group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the research group was lower than that in the reference group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05);After surgery,the heart rate was faster than that in the reference and systolic blood pressure in the research group were higher than those in the reference group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);The recovery time of bowel sounds,anal exhaust time,and first time out of bed in the research group were all shorter than those in the reference group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);After nursing,the Anxiety and Depression scores of the study group were lower than that of the reference group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the reference group,he differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the clinical characteristics of elderly intertrochanteric fracture during perioperative period,targeted perioperative nursing can achieve more prominent nursing effect,which is a scientific strategy to carry out effective perioperative nursing for elderly intertrochanteric fracture.After perioperative nursing,the operation time and bleeding amount of patients are obviously reduced,and the complications are reduced.It is safe and effective,which can further reduce the recovery time of patients and improve the quality of life.Compared with conventional nursing,its nursing effect is more obvious and worth learning.
