摘要
目的:探究综合护理配合手术在髋臼骨折患者护理中的应用效果.方法:选取我院 2019年 1-12 月接收的 62例髋臼骨折患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各 31例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理.比较 2组的护理满意度、生活质量、并发症发生率、不良情绪等.结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,2组SF-36各个维度评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,2组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中失血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:综合护理配合手术在髋臼骨折患者护理中的应用效果显著,可提高患者生活质量,有助于改善护患关系,减轻患者的心理压力,减少术后并发症,从而加快患者康复进程.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing combined with surgery in the nursing of patients with acetabular fractures.Methods:62 patients with acetabular fractures admitted to our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,all patients were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The nursing satisfaction,quality of life,incidence of complications,and negative emotions between two groups were compared.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of SF-36 in all dimensions in both groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of both groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group had shorter surgical and hospitalization times than the control group,and less intraoperative blood loss than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing combined with surgery in the nursing of patients with acetabular fractures has significant effect,which can improve the quality of life of patients,help improve the nurse patient relationship,reduce the psychological pressure of patients,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,and accelerate the recovery process of patients.
