摘要
目的:观察预防护理联合整体干预对腰椎骨折所致肝脾破裂患者术后并发症及康复效果.方法:选择 2021年 3月—2023年 2月我院收治的 80例腰椎骨折所致肝脾破裂患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和联合组,每组40例.其中对照组给予常规护理干预,联合组给予预防护理联合整体干预措施,比较 2组患者的并发症发生率、术后康复效果、护理满意度及生活质量评分.结果:联合组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组,干预后联合组患者的住院时间、首次下床时间、肛门排气时间均短于对照组,干预后联合组患者的护理规范性、沟通流畅性、服务主动性、宣教耐心度、总分等评分均高于对照组,干预后联合组患者的各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:预防护理联合整体干预不仅能减少腰椎骨折所致肝脾破裂患者术后并发症,还可促进术后康复、提升护理满意度和生存质量.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of preventive nursing combined with holistic intervention on postoperative complications and rehabilitation of patients with liver and spleen rupture caused by lumbar spine fracture.Methods:80 cases of liver and spleen rupture caused by lumbar spine fracture admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected as research objects,and were divided into a control group and a combination group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Among them,the control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the combination group was given preventive nursing combined with overall intervention measures.The complication rate,postoperative rehabilitation effect,nursing satisfaction and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results:The complication rate of patients in the combination group was lower than that of the control group.After intervention,the length of hospital stay,first time of getting out of bed and anal exhaust time of patients in the combination group were shorter than those of the control group.After intervention,the nursing standardization,communication fluency,service initiative,patience of education and total score of patients in the combination group were higher than those of the control group.After intervention,the quality of life scores of the combined group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preventive nursing combined with holistic intervention can not only reduce the postoperative complications of patients with liver and spleen rupture caused by lumbar fracture,but also promote postoperative rehabilitation,nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
