感染管控联合标准化护理对布氏菌病脊柱炎患者的预防干预效果分析

摘要
目的:探讨与分析感染管控联合标准化护理对布氏菌病脊柱炎患者的干预效果.方法:选取 2019年 9月—2022年 8月天津市第二人民医院收治的 82例布氏菌病脊柱炎患者作为研究对象,根据 1:1 随机掷硬币原则把患者分为研究组与对照组,各41例.对照组采用常规护理方式,研究组在对照组护理的基础上采用感染管控联合标准化护理.对比2组患者的疼痛程度、腰椎功能、切口愈合情况、切口感染发生率及护理满意度.结果:术后 1个月,研究组Oswestry功能障碍指数、视觉模拟量表评分均低于术前 1 d,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组切口愈合情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组切口感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:感染管控联合标准化护理在布氏菌病脊柱炎无菌手术的应用能改善患者的腰椎功能,缓解疼痛,提高患者的护理满意度,提高患者的切口甲级愈合率,降低患者的切口感染率.
Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of infection control combined with standardized nursing on patients with brucellosis spondylitis.Methods:82 patients with brucellosis spondylitis who underwent surgery in Tianjin Second People's Hospital from September 2019 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the 1:1 random coin toss principle,the patients were divided into a study group and a control group,with 41 cases each.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the study group was treated with infection control combined with standardized nursing.The pain degree,lumbar function,wound healing,incidence of wound infection,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:One month after surgery,Oswestry Disability and Visual Analog Scale scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group 1 day before surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of incision infection in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of infection control combined with standardized nursing in aseptic surgery for brucellosis spondylitis can improve the lumbar function of patients,relieve pain,improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,improve the grade A healing rate of patients'incisions,and reduce the infection rate of patients'incisions.
