延续性护理对脊柱骨折合并截瘫患者出院后压疮预防的影响

摘要
目的:探讨延续性护理对脊柱骨折合并截瘫患者出院后压疮预防的影响.方法:选取 2018年 2月—2020年 2月我院脊柱骨折合并截瘫患者 100例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各50例.出院后,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用延续性护理.对比 2组压疮发生情况、护理满意度.结果:观察组压疮发生率为 4.00%,低于对照组的 20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理总满意度为 100.00%,高于对照组的 90.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:脊柱骨折合并截瘫患者出院后采用延续性护理,可降低患者压疮发生率,提高护理满意度,具有应用价值.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing on the prevention of pressure ulcer after discharge in patients with spinal fracture complicated with paraplegia.Methods:100 patients with spinal fracture complicated with paraplegia admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.After discharge,the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received continuous nursing.The occurrence and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%,higher than 90.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing for patients with spinal fracture complicated with paraplegia after discharge can reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer and improve nursing satisfaction,which has application value.
