摘要
目前,髋关节骨折急诊手术的成功率比较高,但术后并发症发生率也比较高,所以护理质量对关节功能康复e极大的影响.本文首先概述了髋关节骨折的流行病学状况,总结了髋关节骨折的急诊治疗方法,并综述了髋关节骨折急诊手术患者护理研究进展:加速康复外科护理、多途径延续护理、同伴支持协同护理、功能锻炼护理等.
Abstract
The success of emergency operation for hip fracture is relatively high,the incidence of postoperative complications is relatively high,so the quality of nursing can have a great impact on the rehabilitation of joint function.This paper first summarizes the epidemiology of hip fracture,summarizes the emergency treatment of hip fracture,and reviews the research progress in nursing care of patients with hip fracture emergency surgery:accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing,multi-channel extended nursing,peer support collaborative nursing,functional exercise nursing,etc.
