中医护理在类风湿关节炎躯体功能障碍患者中的应用研究

摘要
中医护理在类风湿关节炎躯体功能障碍患者的应用具有一定的优势,除了增强疗效、改善患者生活质量外,还可减少不良反应的发生.中医护理技术有着坚实的理论基础,其与中医体质辨识、经络学说、脏腑学说有着紧密的联系.本文概述了类风湿关节炎躯体功能障碍的发病状况与治疗现状,阐述了类风湿关节炎躯体功能障碍患者的常规护理方法,详细总结了中医护理在类风湿关节炎躯体功能障碍患者中的研究进展,包括中药外敷护理、中药口服护理、中医定向透药护理、温针灸护理、热腌包护理、耳穴贴压护理、中医功能锻炼等,希望可以为类风湿关节炎躯体功能障碍患者的中医护理提供参考.
Abstract
The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with rheumatoid arthritis physical dysfunction has certain advantages,in addition to enhancing the efficacy,improving the quality of life of patients,but also reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.The TCM nursing technique has solid theoretical foundation,which is closely related to the TCM constitution identification,meridian theory and zang-fu theory.This paper summarized the morbidity and treatment status of rheumatoid arthritis body dysfunction,expounded the routine nursing methods of patients with rheumatoid arthritis body dysfunction,and summarized the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with rheumatoid arthritis body dysfunction in detail.It includes TCM external application care,TCM oral care,TCM directional penetration care,warm acupuncture care,hot curing package care,auricular point sticking care,TCM function exercise,etc.,hoping to provide reference for TCM care of patients with rheumatoid arthritis physical dysfunction.
