The Clinical Value of MR In the Diagnosis of Posterior Root Tear of Medial and Lateral Meniscus of Knee Joint
Objective:The clinical value of magnetic resonance(MR)in diagnosing posterior root tears of the medial and lateral meniscus of the knee joint.Methods:87 patients with knee meniscus injury admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects. All patients underwent MR and arthroscopy examinations, and the accuracy, specificity, and sensitivity of the MR examination were determined based on the results of the arthroscopy examination. Results:Comparison of accuracy of MR examination with knee arthroscopy, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The clinical diagnostic accuracy of MR is higher than that of knee arthroscopy, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The specificity and sensitivity of MR are higher than those of knee arthroscopy, the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with medial and lateral meniscus heel tears of the knee joint can obtain accurate diagnostic results by choosing MR examination, which can provide more accurate and comprehensive basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. The clinical application value is significant worthy of promotion and application.
