Study on the Effect of Blind Nasoenteric Tube Insertion in ICU Patients with Brain Trauma and Its Influence on Complications
Objective:To explore and observe the application effect of blind naso-intestinal tube in ICU patients with brain trauma and its influence on complications.Methods:100 patients with brain trauma in ICU admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method. The control group received nasogastric tube treatment, and the observation group received blind nasogastric tube treatment, with 50 cases in each group. The nutritional indexes and complications of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results:Before treatment, there was no significant difference in nutritional indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment, the levels of albumin, prealbumin and transferrin in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and gastric retention in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of blind naso-intestinal tube in ICU patients with brain trauma is good, which is helpful to improve the nutritional status of the body and reduce the occurrence of complications, and the application value is high in ICU patients with brain trauma.
