Study on the Effect of Traction,Acupuncture Combined with Massage on Cervical Spondylosis and Cervical Pain in Patients
Objective:To study the effect of traction, acupuncture combined with massage on cervical spondylosis and its influence on cervical pain.Methods:90 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to November 2022 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group was treated with tuina, and the observation group was treated with traction, acupuncture and tuina comprehensive treatment. The efficacy,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score, cervical range of motion(ROM),Pain Rating Index(PRI),symptom score, and serum interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels were evaluated in the two groups. Results:The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in VAS score, cervical range of motion and PRI index between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the VAS score and PRI index of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the cervical spine activity was greater than that before treatment, and the VAS score and PRI index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the cervical spine activity was greater than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of neck and shoulder pain, vertigo, nausea and vomiting, and limb numbness between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the scores of neck and shoulder pain, vertigo, nausea and vomiting and limb numbness in the two groups were lower than those before treatement, and the scores of neck and shoulder pain, vertigo, nausea and vomiting and limb numbness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in serum IL-6,IL-1β and TNF-α levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the serum levels of IL-6,IL-1β and TNF-α in the two groups were lower than those before treatement, and the serum levels of IL-6,IL-1β and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traction,acupuncture combined with massage therapy has a significant effect on cervical spondylosis, which can significantly reduce the pain of the cervical spine and the symptoms, and reduce the inflammatory reaction.
