Clinical Effect of Acupuncture at Jiaji Point of Neck Combined with Correction and Rehabilitation Manipulation of Cervical Vertebra in Intervention of Cervical Radiculopathy
Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture at Jiaji point of the neck combined with correction and rehabilitation manipulation of the cervical spine on the clinical efficacy and cervical spine function of patients with cervical radiculopathy.Methods:62 patients with cervical radiculopathy who received rehabilitation treatment in Xingcheng special service recuperation center of strategic support forces from August 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the study objects, and the subjects were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 31 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group was treated with cervical correction and rehabilitation technique, and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with cervical correction and rehabilitation technique. After treatment, the effective rate of treatment, the improvement of cervical functional Rating scale(ASCS)score, the change of visual analog scale(VAS)score, and the change of cervical physiological curvature were compared.Cervical motion score was used to score cervical motion, and the incidence of adverse reactions was statistically recorded. Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2 weeks,1 and 3 months after treatment,VAS and ASCS scores in 2 groups were lower than before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the physiological curvature C value and cervical motion of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of acupuncture on cervical Jiaji point combined with cervical spine correction and rehabilitation manipulation in the treatment of cervical radiculopathy is better than that of simple cervical spine correction and rehabilitation manipulation, which can improve cervical spine function and symptoms of stiffness and pain, and the long-term follow-up effect is stable, which is conducive to the recovery of normal physiological curvature of cervical spine with high safety.
