Effect of Staged Rehabilitation Nursing Combined with Mindfulness-Based Decompression Training on Clinical Outcome after Craniocerebral Injury
Objective:To explore the effect of staged rehabilitation nursing combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction training on neurological function and balance function of patients with craniocerebral injury after operation.Methods:96 patients with craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 48 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention after surgical treatment, while patients in the observation group received staged rehabilitation nursing combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction training after surgical treatment. The changes of neurological function and balance function in the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results:After intervention, the National Iinstitutes of Health Stroke Scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the scores of Glasgow coma score,Neurobehavioral Cognitive Status Test,Barthel Index,Berg balance Scale, upper limb motor function and lower limb motor function were higher than those of the control group, and the patients'cooperation with treatment and nursing work was higher. The incidence of complications was low,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The staged rehabilitation nursing combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction training for postoperative nursing intervention in patients with craniocerebral injury can effectively promote the improvement of neurological function, cognitive function, balance function and motor function of patients, improve the degree of cooperation of patients, and rehabilitation effect is beffer.
